Avid cross-country skier, trail runner, Internal Medicine physician (Ret.), and proud mother of three, Tina is a prime example that you can have a busy career/life and make time for physical exercise. But getting into shape isn’t just about exercising, it’s also about nutrition. Tina’s scientifically based methodology helps educate clients about what will work best for them, and enhance their ability to adopt healthy eating into their daily lives. The result: Improved overall healthy, performance, and recovery. Her education and experience not only as a physician, but also as an athlete and certified coach enables her to apply the physiology of the human body for effective and safe training for clients – especially those who may have pre-existing conditions or injuries. In the winter, Tina spends most of her free time with the Mont Ste-Marie Alpine Ski Racing Team, of which all three of her kids are members.
