With that in mind, we have based our PP Method on human physiology - the science of the biochemical, mechanical, and physical function of humans, which is the foundation of modern medicine. Using science, medicine, and health to understand how our bodies adapt to movement, disease, and stresses provides the best tools to develop a customized guided plan for each client to address and attain their health and fitness goals. We don’t guess what might work best. We take a proven and precise scientific approach when assessing a new client recognizing everyone has a different fitness level, hormonal panel, brain chemistry, sleep pattern, schedule, stresses, injuries, health impediments, needs, and goals. No two bodies or minds are the same, and as such require their own personalized plan.
To clarify, part of what differentiates us from other gyms is that while you can come anytime during business hours to workout - you MUST follow your customized workout program. Before you say, “That will get old and boring…” Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. Your workout is updated monthly to renew motivation and avoid plateaus. Additionally, our coaches on duty will come over to adjust your techniques if they see something isn’t correct, and are always available to answer questions or schedule personal training sessions.
